You can return back to us any item if it meets the following conditions:
1. You have received the item less than 14 days ago (including weekends and bank holidays).
2. The items are in the original condition and packaging, ready to be sold again at Grow Emporium (this does not apply to faulty goods).
If you meet this criteria, please contact us on email@example.com stating all your details, so that we can identify your order.
Please note that the buyer pays for the returns postage. In the unlikely event of the faulty item, please contact us and we will arrange a free return for you.
